Sable is a natural hair with superior strength, slenderness and resilience. Sable brushes offer the best quality hairs and are superb for watercolour work and oils. Their natural spring means that they will hold their shape and offer a controlled flow.

The Student brush range offers a huge choice of sizes and bristle options. The seamless ferrules are made from anti-rust anodised aluminium and the silver coloured coating on the birch handles has been lacquered to give full protection against water. Where possible, we source our birch sustainably.
