Mod Roc, sometimes also called Art Roc and Pop Roc, is a fabric gauze coated in a fine quality plaster coating. When activated with water the gauze is used to lay over sub-structures made from wire armatures and card constructions and becomes a modelling material which is easy to shape and dries to a solid finish. Setting times vary from 5-10 minutes and become bone dry overnight so can easily be coloured with paint to create fantastic sculptures and models. Instructions are on the labels. Use within 12 months of purchase. Once opened, keep bags air-tight to prevent atmospheric moisture from reducing the shelf-life. Always store in dry area and avoid places where there is moisture and humidity.
